Xura was created in September 2015 following the merger of Comverse and Acision, and provides next-generation digital technology to operators and enterprises. It has partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise to implement OpenNFV in its solutions, providing pre-tested virtual network functions to service providers migrating to NFV.
