Mehmet Ersü, Senior Specialist, Standardisation, Nokia Networks

Mehmet Ersü is co-chair of the ETSI NFV ISG Management and Orchestration Working Group and also a contributor to the Software Architecture Working Group. Dealing with many companies with varied backgrounds and commercial objectives, to create an agreed version of NFV specifications, was always going to be a challenge. But now that Phase 1 has been completed and met expectations, it is now time to look ahead to Phase 2, with the high-level minimum goal of achieving interoperability across vendors, all within a tight time-scale.
