Opening the eighth meeting of the ETSI NFV ISG, Intel's Sandra Rivera says that much has been achieved during the first phase of work. The second phase is all about getting to a level of interoperability between suppliers; as well as understanding how to reap the benefits of automated provisioning, enable elasticity in the network, and creating a much more dynamic environment for the roll out of new services. Intel is committed to the continuing Proof of Concept work, leading into more operational deployments to come.
