Maintaining interoperability between all the different types of equipment is  key for the journey to 5G, Janusz tells Guy Daniels. He points out that it’s “kind of different from 2, 3, 4G” because of the range of services and the necessary global diversity of the players on the equipment side. A harmonized approach is very important has to be got right before operators rush to market.
